Role Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Lead to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across SaaS products, e-commerce, enterprise applications, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design, ensuring accessibility, usability, and a seamless user journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies.
- Develop design systems and reusable UI components.
- Optimize UI/UX for SaaS products, enterprise applications, and e-commerce platforms.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG and accessibility guidelines.
- Keep up to date with UI/UX trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
- Experience designing for mobile applications (Material Design & iOS HIG).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with motion design, animations (Lottie, After Effects, Framer Motion).
- Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin, Avocode, or Figma Dev Mode.
