Brief Description
Polus Solutions is looking for passionate and self-motivated individuals to join our QA team as Automation Testing Interns. This 2-month internship is designed for candidates who are eager to build a career in quality assurance and automation testing by gaining hands-on experience in a real-time project environment.
Preferred skills
Automation Testing
- Strong understanding of Java Selenium basics
- Driver methods (e.g., get, refresh, etc.)
- Working with Select Class, Actions Class, and Dynamic Waits
- Basic knowledge of TestNG and data-driven frameworks
- Familiarity with Exception Handling in automation scripts
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Extent Reports or Test Chain Report (highly recommended)
MySQL
- Proficiency in writing basic MySQL queries
Performance Testing(Optional)
- Basic understanding of JMeter and its usage in performance testing
Functional Testing
- Solid foundational knowledge of:
- Agile Methodologies
- STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) & SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Bug Life Cycle
- Test case writing and documentation
