Learning & Development Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to own and drive the L&D function end-to-end. This is a hands-on role, responsible for managing existing programs, improving processes, and ensuring measurable impact on employee performance. 

The ideal candidate will work independently, collaborate with business leaders, and ensure learning initiatives are both strategic and practical. This person will also guide future expansion of the L&D team when required. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the L&D function – including planning, execution, governance, and impact measurement.
  • Manage and improve existing training programs.
  • Design and deliver learning content (presentations, playbooks, e-learning modules, assessments) as needed.
  • Ensure effective training delivery, tracking, and evaluation of outcomes.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure on-the-job application of learned skills.
  • Maintain and update L&D trackers, dashboards, and reports on learning participation, effectiveness, and impact.
  • Manage LMS platforms and learning tools, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility.
  • Support employee development initiatives, onboarding programs, and continuous learning campaigns.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for all L&D initiatives and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end L&D processes and tracking effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to connect learning initiatives with business outcomes and performance improvement.
  • Experience in technical or software development training is an advantage.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
