Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to determine and articulate advanced-level requirements for projects.
- Act as the primary requirements owner, directing and coordinating comprehensive requirements processes leading to unanimous sign-off by all stakeholders.
- Oversee the gathering, creation of mockups, and documentation of complex requirements.
- Translate intricate functional requirements into detailed technical requirements, offering multiple options for stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely, catering to audiences with varying levels of experience and knowledge.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and verify test cases/test scenarios, taking the lead in coordinating with the QA/Testing team to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create sophisticated wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to communicate intricate requirements and innovative ideas.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of requirements, translating functional needs into technical specifications and creating detailed flow diagrams.
Preferred Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in the Business Analyst role, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
- Certification in Business Analysis, e.g., CCBA, CBAP, or related topics, will be a significant advantage.
- Proficient in working with tools such as MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), JIRA, and Wireframing tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, etc.
- Possess a deep understanding and mastery of Agile Scrum practices.
- Extensive experience in effectively collaborating with stakeholders and leading interactions with the software development team.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including advanced technical writing capabilities.
