Role Description
- Will focus on Electronic Research Administration (ERA) projects and implementations.
- Successfully deploy ERA solutions tailored to the needs of large universities and research institutions.
- Responsible for Grants Management processes, covering both pre and post-award stages.
- Responsible for research compliance domain, including Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Usage Committee (IACUC), and Conflict of Interest (COI) regulations.
- Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for ERA systems post implementation, ensuring uninterrupted operation and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with large universities to streamline complex research administration processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Deliver production support for enterprise software solutions, guaranteeing their reliability and performance.
- Swiftly diagnosing and resolving issues with production applications, delivering timely bug fixes to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a closely related field plus five (5) years of experience in Electronic Research Administration which includes experience in Fibi.
