Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
 - Employee Engagement: Help organize and participate in employee activities and engagement initiatives.
 - Research and Analysis: Conduct research on HR trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
 - Project Assistance: Support HR projects including policy development, onboarding, and training programs.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology (preferred) or MBA in HR.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - Research-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
 - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
