Junior Support Analyst

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 mos. IT Help Desk experience or relevant schooling/experience  
  • Basic understanding of the IT troubleshooting process. 

Preferred Skills

  • Weekly bi-weekly reporting for services/solutions.   
  • Participate in problem investigations.   
  • Participate in testing of new tools and processes as needed.   
  • Assigned queue mgmt. tasks like incident acknowledgement, task reviews and more.  
  • Participate in the training/onboarding of new hires.   
  • New Hire Buddy  
  • Take a more active role in Incident and Problem Mgmt. identifying and escalating potential systemic issues.   
  • Participate in DEV testing of tools, project, and special assignments.   
  • Require less oversight, self-motivated.
