Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 mos. IT Help Desk experience or relevant schooling/experience
- Basic understanding of the IT troubleshooting process.
Preferred Skills
- Weekly bi-weekly reporting for services/solutions.
- Participate in problem investigations.
- Participate in testing of new tools and processes as needed.
- Assigned queue mgmt. tasks like incident acknowledgement, task reviews and more.
- Participate in the training/onboarding of new hires.
- New Hire Buddy
- Take a more active role in Incident and Problem Mgmt. identifying and escalating potential systemic issues.
- Participate in DEV testing of tools, project, and special assignments.
- Require less oversight, self-motivated.
