About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer with strong experience in custom WordPress development, WooCommerce, Crocoblock, Elementor, Bricks Builder and modern frontend/backend technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable, high-quality solutions and can take ownership of projects while collaborating with designers, stakeholders, and junior developers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop WordPress websites using Elementor and custom themes.
- Create visually appealing, fully responsive designs.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Configure and manage Google Analytics for performance monitoring and report generation.
- Understanding of web hosting platforms and DNS management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs and issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
- Proven experience delivering custom WordPress solutions (themes, plugins, integrations)
- Strong experience working with page builders such as Elementor and Bricks Builder
- Experience working with international clients
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins following best practices
- Build advanced layouts and dynamic content using Elementor, Bricks Builder, and Crocoblock
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Develop and customize WooCommerce functionality
- Integrate WordPress sites with third-party APIs and external services
- Optimize websites for performance, security, scalability, and Core Web Vitals
- Implement and analyze Google Analytics events and conversions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex WordPress and performance-related issues
- Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Participate in technical architecture and solution design discussions
Required Technical Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of WordPress core, hooks, REST API, and architecture
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
- Advanced experience with Elementor (custom widgets, dynamic content, performance tuning)
- Solid experience with WooCommerce customization
- Understanding of hosting environments, caching, and deployment processes
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with modern PHP framework
- Knowledge of headless WordPress architectures
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals
