About the Role
We are looking for experienced, passionate and self-driven Quality Assurance Engineers to join our team. The Automation Engineer will work as part of a passionate agile project team to ensure quality is driven into the heart of our products. She/he will be involved throughout the process with particular responsibility in the quality assurance and implementation of test automation.
Required Qualification:
- Experience : 2 – 4
- Education: Graduates in BE/BTech (Computer science or related) or MSc Computer science /MCA or equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong real time project experience tools like Java Selenium Web Driver, TestNG frameworks and Extent Reports for Web Automation
- Hands-on Experience with JMeter tool
- Basic hands-on level knowledge in Chain Test Report (Highly Recommended)
- Excellency in QA skills (Designing of Test Plan and Strategy, Writing Test Cases and execution, Identifying Bugs areas in all aspects, Ability to think out of box and look for ways to make the testing process more efficient)
- Experience in working in agile environment and knowledge in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Sprint)
- Excellent Communication and Articulation Skills, Leadership Quality, Problem-solving skills and self-driven & motivated
- Real time experience with Data base testing (MySQL)
- Familiar with GIT, GITHUB and GITHUB Desktop
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Capable of learning new skills quickly
- Excellent team spirit and team player

- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
