Senior PHP Developer

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2-8 years work experience as a WordPress developer in the outlined skill and competences.
Experience in working with international clients is much appreciated.

Responsibilities

Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins using WordPress best practices.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the UI is visually appealing and user-friendly.
Integrate WordPress sites with 3rd party APIs and services.
Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
Monitor website analytics and track key performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
Troubleshoot issues related to WordPress websites.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.

Preferred Skills

Expert level knowledge in WordPress development and architecture.
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, WooCommerce, Crocoblock, Magento, Frontend and Backend Frameworks.
Experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Experience in integrating WordPress with 3rd party APIs and services.
Proficiency in one or two PHP frameworks, such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, or Zend Framework.
Strong analytical, problem solving skills combined with the ability to work on complex topics and drive its realization in an efficient way. Strong customer focus to seek customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate appropriately with team members and stakeholders in difficult situations.
Strong team coordination and collaboration skills will be an advantage too.
Fluent in English (verbal/written) is a must have.
